Standard delivery time: 4-8 business days

Express delivery time: 1-3 business days

1 day extra for custom hats with customised design such as embroideries, flags, labels and text.

For custom made hats with own logo the delivery time is 7-18 days (Express 2-5 business days)

Payment and refund

I have returned my unwanted item but haven’t received a refund?

After you have received your confirmation e-mail that your return has been processed it takes 2-5 working days until your money is refunded. If you haven’t received your refund within this time, please contact us.

Claim/Complaint

I have received a defective product and would like to claim the product. How do I do this?

If you believe that you have received a defective product, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected]. State Claim and the order number in the subject line with a short description of what the defect is. Please provide a picture if possible.

Products provided are not discoloured upon delivery, discoloured products are not covered by the Return policy as it is considered as normal wear.
